Job Description

Due to the constant growth of tasks, our legal team in Jakarta requires an additional specialist who will be responsible for the following duties:
- Intellectual Property Law (Indonesia/International) legal research, consultancy, holding relevant procedures, drafting necessary documents (applications, letters, contracts, notices, manuals, etc.) (the main focus of job);
- Preparing, reviewing and drafting contracts of various types (analysis of contracts for compliance with current legislation, for compliance with the organization requirements);
- Consultation on various issues and making legal research on various issues along with drafting necessary documents (memorandums, letters, notices, proxies etc.);
- Support system and provide assistance for other lawyers;
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments/functions within the organization to ensure proper and timely execution of deals and corporate actions from a business and commercial perspective.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate in Law / LLB;
- Intellectual Consultant License (Izin HKI);
Intellectual Property experience:
min. 5 years;
- Strong command of English, both oral and writing;
- Advocate License will be an advantage.
