- Business Development Supervisor
- WFO – Cikarang GIIC
Requirement:
- 1. Have a Bachelor Degree majoring in Sales & Marketing and Business Development;
- 2. Have 5 years working experience Sales & Marketing and Business Development (Preferable Lubricant);
- 3. Excellent English in written and verbal communication, Japanese and Chinese/Mandarin is welcome;
- 4. Have a valid Driving License (SIM A).
- 5. Proven working experience in customer support, data analyst, business development and sales marketing;
- 6. Have good market knowledge, sales and marketing;
- 7. Have good knowledge about Business and Project Management;
- 8. Excellent in analytical, technical, communication, negotiation, planning, and presentation skill;
- 9. Excellent in planning and time management;
- 10. Good at critical thinking;
- 11. Proven working experience in customer support, data analyst, business development and sales marketing;
- 12. Familiar with all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point);
- 13. Willing to conduct business trip;
- 14. Willing to work at Kawasan Industri GIIC Cikarang Pusat
Job Description:
- 1. Create, analyze and control the achievement of the company target and the effectiveness of Sales activity;
- 2. Build a good relationship with potential customer and do sales marketing job include follow up new project;
- 3. Do HORENSO (Reporting, Communication, and Discussion) to superior;
- 4. Developing a business development strategy focused on volume and profit gain;
- 5. Conduct high-level industry research to identify new market, customer needs and monitor competitor activities to develop effective sales;
- 6. Promote Idemitsu’s products/services addressing customer objectives/requirements.
