Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and a willingness to travel for events and campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and supervising digital marketing strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- As a key player in our team, you will focus on promoting our spare parts and battery products for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles. You will need to have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to lead and coordinate with other departments to drive digital marketing success.
- This role will report to the Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize online presence and maximize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong Communication Skills & Confident Personality:
Communication skills must be robust and serve as the core of this role. The candidate should articulate ideas clearly, confidently, and knowledgeably, demonstrating a deep understanding of the discussed topics.
Supervision Skills:
Content Creation Supervision:
Develop and manage innovative content ideas for various platforms, including: Social media content, Promotional content, Banner ads and graphics, Website content, Paid advertising content. Supervise the execution of content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives. Willingness to be featured (in-frame) in content as needed during brand events.
Paid Ad Performance Supervision:
Monitor and optimize the performance of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and E-commerce Ads. Collaborate with Ads Specialists to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Graphic Design Supervision:
Oversee design work (such as banners, ad banners, social posts, and other digital assets). Provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of designs.
Vendor Management, Providing, & Supervision:
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Provide and source appropriate vendors to meet digital marketing needs.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and develop the digital marketing team, including 1 content creator, 1 graphic designer, and 1 ads specialist, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, finance, e-commerce, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Travel and Event Participation (25% of the Role):
Be prepared to travel for company events, promotions, and campaigns both within the city and to other locations, including potential out-of-town assignments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on content creation, social media management, and campaign management
- Strong knowledge of the performance of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and E-commerce platforms
- Experience in vendor management and budget oversight
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development
- Ability to analyze campaign data and implement improvements
- A creative mindset with the ability to supervise and improve design work
- Strong collaborative skills for cross-department interaction.
