- Assist in providing data for a consistent compensation & reward guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
- Assist in conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with regulations and market competitiveness
- Assist market research and analyze on compensation and benefits to drive business goals
- Provide advisory service to HR Site on ad-hoc C&B matters
- Assist in manage yearly HR budget cost planning to ensure budget plan in within guidelines
- Implement and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and assist the appraisal process across business units
- Assist in handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g forms and templates, communications)
- Provide support to line manager and supervisor in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or other related field
- 3-5 years of working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Preferably having experience in mining industry and consulting company
