Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the management processes and systems of the Indonesian administrative system;
- 2. Responsible for the company’s qualification processing, government department docking, public sector docking and other comprehensive affairs;
- 3. Responsible for company-level business reception arrangements and support;
- 4 , Responsible for the translation and management of the company’s contracts, materials, and documents.
- 5. Responsible for the personnel management of local employees of the company.
- 6. Undertake other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
- 1. No restriction on major, with translation and communication skills in Chinese, English and Indonesian;
- 2. Familiar with Indonesian government departments, Indonesian laws and regulations, Indonesian finance and tax-related departments.
- 3.Have more than 1 year of administrative-related work experience;
- 工作职责:
- 1、负责拟定印尼行政体系管理流程与制度的制定执行;
- 2、负责公司的资质办理、政府部门对接、公共部门对接等综合事务工作;
- 3、负责公司级商务接待安排与支持;
- 4、负责公司的合同、资料、文档的翻译与管理。
- 5、负责公司当地雇员的人事管理。
- 6、承办领导交待的其他工作。
- 任职要求:
- 1、专业不限,具备中文、英语和印尼语的翻译、沟通能力;
- 2、熟悉印尼的政府部门、印尼法律法规、印尼财务、税务相关部门。
- 3、具有1年以上行政相关工作经验;
