Job Description
- Site Manager for Construction Projects at Happiness Village – Ubud
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Hardworking and dedicated
- Extensive experience in civil construction of villas, shops, and low-rise buildings
- Proficiency in laying foundations; strong focus on rebar, foundation, and concrete work
- Knowledge of finishing work is a plus, but not essential
- Verification of skills will be conducted during the interview
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all necessary works on the construction site
- Ensuring quality and timely completion of construction projects
- Managing construction site operations and workflow
- Coordinating with contractors and construction workers
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
- From 8 AM to 5 PM
Salary:
- Monthly payment of 8-10 million Rp., depending on the candidate’s experience
Additional Information:
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed upon arrival
