Administrative Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing sales documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, related to sales activities
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records

2. Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments, such as legal and finance
  • Facilitate effective communication within the sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferrable from Business Administration with GPA min. 3,00 of 4,00
  • ⁠Having minimum 2 years working experience in handling document tender
  • Advanced skill at Microsoft Excel will be advantage
  • High attention to details & fast learning
  • Ability to meet deadline and handle request in timely manner
  • Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of ATIC), which is located in Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan
