Administrative Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing sales documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, related to sales activities
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
2. Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments, such as legal and finance
- Facilitate effective communication within the sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferrable from Business Administration with GPA min. 3,00 of 4,00
- Having minimum 2 years working experience in handling document tender
- Advanced skill at Microsoft Excel will be advantage
- High attention to details & fast learning
- Ability to meet deadline and handle request in timely manner
- Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of ATIC), which is located in Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan
