Job Description
- Job Responsibility
- Ensure that project execution aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives in accordance with the project framework
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control
- Develop project schedules, identify critical milestones, potential project risks, provide short & medium-term on project status, trend, and risks mitigation strategies to the project manager
- Coordinate with stakeholders to allocate and optimize project resources including personnel, equipment and materials
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct quality audits as necessary
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports for senior management
- Assist the project manager to facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance data and contract management to identify trends, issues, and areas of improvement.
- Assist pro-actively the project manager and ensure the identification and implementation of preventive measures or corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
- Utilize project management software and tools to streamline project control processes.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Min. 7 years of experience in project controls
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and other applicable project control tools
- Strong team leadership skills and experience with management across different cultures
- Understanding of the basic business principles for the palm oil refinery industry
- Knowledge of law and contract standards applicable in the palm oil refinery industry in Indonesia
- Thorough understanding and experience in commercial management processes and principles
