Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and committed professional to join our team as the Head of Villa Management. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the villa, including staff management, guest services, and financial oversight. You will play a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience, enhancing guest satisfaction, and achieving the established business targets.
- Minimum education of a Diploma III in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in villa or hotel management, with at least 1 year in a managerial position (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially if they have relevant internship experience).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
- Effective leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring the team to achieve common goals.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment, as well as handle pressure effectively.
- Results-oriented with the ability to make strategic decisions that support the growth and development of the villa.
- Residing in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.
