Position Overview:

  • As a Sales Manager at Setter Coworking Space, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth and enhancing our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  • In this strategic role, you will engage with high-value partners and stakeholders, utilize market research to stay ahead of industry trends, and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to expand our client base and deliver outstanding service, making you a key player in our mission to create an inspiring and collaborative coworking environment in Ubud.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, clearly articulating our services and value proposition.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving consistent revenue growth.

Partnership Engagement & Client Acquisition:

  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing partners, vendors, and stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Explore and initiate partnerships that enhance service offerings and extend market reach.

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify business trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Sales Reporting & Strategy Development:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on market research and business objectives

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Executive, Business Development, or Sales Manager role, ideally in the coworking, hospitality, or B2B service industry.
  • Proven experience in engaging with partners and driving new business.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse partners and clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
