Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Mechanical and electrical background; is must
- Experience in purchasing equiptment spare parts; much better
- At least 1 years working experience in small household appliances management;
- Familiar with the working principle of the machine, understand the spare parts of the machine equipment;
- Independent supplier procurement tracking and development new supplier;
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin); is must
- Willing to accept training in Nansha, Guangzhou, China and willing to travel abroad from time to time.
Job responsibilities:
- Proactive, conscientious and responsible, obeying the work arrangement;
- Familiar with the performance and brand differences of spare parts of small household appliances production equipment;
- Familiar with supplier management, daily receiving and dispatching management of spare parts warehouse and spare parts bookkeeping;
- Responsible for the daily sending and receiving records of equipment/instrument accessories;
- Responsible for the outsourcing purchase and follow-up of the fixture/equipment of the new product manufacturer;
- Responsible for the purchase of spare parts for old products and equipment and the statistical budget;
- Responsible for statistical analysis of equipment maintenance of new and old products and proofreading of expired instruments;
- Other matters assigned by the superiors.
