Qualification:
- Bachelor of System information, Industrial Engineering, Information Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HRIS staff from Automotive industry
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good knowledge of development, payroll system and software
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee document, includ personal information, employment history, training records, and other details using HRIS software.
- make reports and analyze HR data
- Identify areas for process improvement within HR functions, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
