Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- 1) Responsible for handling the most important client accounts in company.
- 2) Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities
- mapping to dig potential opportunities.
- 3) Meet annual individual and team’s sales goals and targets.
- 4) Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve
- financial result.
- 5) Forecast and track key account metrics.
6) Carry out professional sales activities which shall include but not limited to:
- • Respond to sales inquiries.
- • Prepare/present written presentations, reports and price quotations or project proposal.
- • Perform sales pitches/presentations to earn customers’ interests.
- • Qualify customers before further Pre-Sales activities.
- • Review bid documents/project requirements to understand customer requirements or
- issues.
- • Work with Pre-Sales and Solution Architect team for proposed solution and quotation.
- • Personal relationship management with key accounts.
- • Facilitate meetings and follow-up with clients to close deals.
- • Manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects.
- 7) Attend user group meetings, industry conferences and trade exhibitions.
- 8) Prepare and present fortnightly sales activities report during sales management meeting.
- 9) Provide feedback from market to the Senior Business Development with regards to the product features,
- technology trends, service expectation, competitors’ info, etc.
- 10) Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
Skills and specifications:
- • Must have experience in key account management.
- • Must have experience in handling large tender.
- • Must know how to plan for sales and achieving target.
- • Must be highly motivated, possess positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills.
- • Tenacious work attitude.
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English and Indonesia,
- • Have good insights in IT Security industry, good customer relationship skills, and capable to
- deal with senior customers.
- • Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate others.
- • The leader must be passionate in sales in general.
- • Excellent negotiation, problem solving and organization skills.
- • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data.
- • Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
- • Willing to travel when required
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Computer
- Engineering, IT or any related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT security solution sales, or any related field with proven
- track record of successful sales achievements
