  • Operations Management
  • – Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

  • – Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
  • – Handle employee relations issues and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Customer Service
  • – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • – Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • – Implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase repeat business.
