Job Description
- PepsiCo Indonesia is hiring Production Operators for our snack production factory in Cikarang. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting production activities in our snack manufacturing process while adhering to working instructions, procedures, safety, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct production activities following established working instructions and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the snack manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Complete required production documentation accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a production operator in a snack or foods manufacturing company
- Minimum a diploma or bachelor’s degree (D3-D4 / S1)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and basic technical ability.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
