Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of individuals and departments.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business objectives and align training programs accordingly.
- Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
- Facilitate training sessions using various methods such as workshops, seminars, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods.
- Oversee the organization’s Learning Management System, ensuring proper content management, user access, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of training programs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- Min 4 years experience in instructional design, training delivery, and learning management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
