Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for all warehouse operation and daily administrative activities such as; ensure orderly administration, goods delivery in timely manner accuracy of data stocks in warehouse.
- Ensure that all activities in the warehouse run according to procedure.
- Coordinate with other parties to ensure product inventory levels maintained, and the delivery of goods are within schedule.
- Control budget realization.
- Responsible for developing the warehouse system.
Requirements:
- Max. 40 years.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
- Understanding in – out of stock, Hospitalization and Damage Product Management.
- Mastering the Management and Operational Warehouse.
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP systems)
- Familiar with Ms. Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, etc)
- • Strong leadership, a Visionaire, Excellent Managerial skill, and able to work effectively, both independently or as a team.
- • Result oriented, assertive, able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
