- Minimum of an associate degree (D3) in any major.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient working using computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word, etc).
- Fluent in English (verbal)
- Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
- Able to join as soon as possible.
Job Description:
- Welcoming and registering incoming guests or visitors professionally, and determine purpose of visiting
- Answering incoming phone calls and/or forward calls to appropriate personnel or departments
- Provide brief responses or information to questions about the company’s products
- Organize and record meeting room schedule
- Receiving letters, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and delivering or distributing items.
