Responsibilities:
- Research and brainstorm various design ideas for content and marketing
- Oversee all design projects, form design creation to delivery
- Review the work submitted by Junior Designers and share your feedback
- Liasing between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring visual brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
- Compile and manage a design style guide to help the team understand the brand guidelines
- Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of technical work combining art, design & marketing
- 3 or more years of design experience in an in-house creative departement or design firm
- Expert knowledge of adobe creative suite. Experience with HTML, wordpress, and motion graphics a plus
- Possess strong technical skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad practical doer who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
- Proven mentoring and team-building skills
- Creative individual with an artistic mind
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
