Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Operation Manager – Tug & Barge to oversee our fleet’s operational integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent monitoring and implementation of the Safety Management System (ISM Code) within the Operations & Technical Department.
- Plan and oversee the delivery and redelivery of vessels.
- Monitor the completeness and validity of vessel documents and certificates in accordance with the Safety Management System (SMK) to ensure proper documentation practices.
- Supervise the implementation of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and oversee repair work and docking schedules.
- Monitor the procurement process for vessel-related goods and materials.
- Supervise and control loading and unloading activities for Tug & Barge vessels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum ANT 3 certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Operation Manager for Tug & Barge, with a total of at least 7 years of experience in the maritime industry.
- Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMK/ISM Code), Maritime Regulations for Tug & Barge, Repair Lists, and Docking Management.
- Excellent soft skills in safety, ownership, analytical thinking, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Placement in Kelapa Gading.
