Job Description
- Creating the interior space design for landed house buildings (layout, types, colors, and sizes of furniture, 3D interior design, and other interior elements) following the design concept approved by management.
- Producing working drawings and interior specifications (materials, sanitary fixtures, ironmongery, kitchen appliances, etc).
- Overseeing the selection process of materials related to interior materials with a high level of complexity and production.
- Conduct regular visits to furniture workshops, artwork, and lighting specialists to maintain the quality of interior products in accordance with specifications and dimensions.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture /Interior Design.
- At least 6 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Preferred have experience working in property development.
- Experienced in designing interiors for show units (residential).
- Proficient in operating AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, and REVIT.
- Strong communication, and coordination skills.
