Job Description
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of villas and properties. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating communication between the Property Manager, staff, property owners, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between the Property Manager, property owners, marketing agencies, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
Operations Management:
Help coordinate maintenance schedules, oversee utility bills, and manage the purchase of necessary supplies.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and pool maintenance teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Detail-Oriented Tasks:
Maintain an outstanding sense of detail to help manage the upkeep and improvement of the properties.
Vendor and Client Relations:
Maintain good relationships with property owners, marketing agencies, and vendors to support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
