Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement KOL marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Responsible for managing end-to-end collaboration with KOLs that support brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs.
- Establishing and maintain strong relationships with KOL.
Job Requirement:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Having experience in KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing or related fields
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Up-to-date about the latest beauty trends in TikTok.
- Able to operate Ms Office ( Word and Excel )
- Able to speak English.
- Willing to WFO in Pluit, Jakarta Utara.
- Able to join ASAP are preferrable.
