Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the restaurant’s daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the restaurant staff;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality and service standards;
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance to meet the restaurant’s goals;
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry;
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team;
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and customer service;
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Willingness to work in Batubulan, Gianyar, Bali;
  • Ready to join immediately.
