- Lead and evaluate a team consisting of ME, Plumbing, HVAC, and Civil staff
- Prepare and monitor annual and monthly budgeting
- Prepare, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance
- Able to manage all work within the scope of the Engineering Department and think tactically in responding to existing problems
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- Proven 4 years of experience as Engineering Manager (Building), having experience in shopping Malls is a plus
- Mastering preventive and maintenance in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Civil
- Proficiency in leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Willing to be placed at Mal Ciputra Tangerang
