Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with the training, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the specialty coffee industry and be able to communicate the value of our products to customers.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in service and satisfaction.
  • Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring timely communication and customer retention.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales, and account status using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles, preferably in the F&B industry or specialty coffee.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client complaints or issues in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for specialty coffee and a desire to share that enthusiasm with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and driving business results.
