- Conduct research to identify emerging market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes
- Identify opportunities to cross products or services with partners to drive sales and revenue
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential partners and billers.
- Identify new business leads and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual value.
- Maintain a database of potential partners, including key contacts and decision-makers.
- Analyze customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Provide after-sales support and cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network, build relationships and explore potential collaborations
Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Business Administration, Management or relevant field.
- 3-5 years experiences in Sales or Business Development fields, experienced in bill payment or telco industry are preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
