- – Ensure the execution of Agency Strategy and Sales Discipline in the Agency Sales Forces Level is smoothly running.
- – To drive and achieve the Sales KPI from Agency under Regional Agency Manager supervision (APE and IFYP) including but not limited for achieving through profitability, APE and its growth in Agency Channel.
- – Responsible to increasing Persistency Ratio as part of critical Key Performance Indicators in Agency business quality.
- – Ensures robust risk management in Agency end to end, including but not limited to quality, persistency, sustainability, regulatory compliance, preventing frauds and dummy risk.
- -Working together with any support functions in Sales Office / General Agency Office also HO team to ensure the business run smoothly.
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- – Experience in the insurance or financial services industry minimum 3 years as a regional agency manager
- – Proven leadership and management skills
- – Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- – Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- – Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- – Fluent in English

- – Willing to Business Trip, especially in the coverage area to directly monitor the subordinate
