Job Description
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the most important existing or new client accounts in Company.
- Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve financial result.
- Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively. Able to open new key accounts & manage them efficiently.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Responsible for leading a team of Account Managers dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments.
- Meet annual individual sales goals and targets.
- Prepare and present fortnightly sales activities report during sales management meeting.
- Maintain relationship with new and existing key accounts to upsell products and services.
- Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing key accounts.
- Prepare and deliver presentation of company products and services at customer site/conferences/exhibitions.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals and price quotations for new or existing key accounts.
- Prepare quotation and sales order.
- Negotiate agreement terms and close sales.
- Travel to visit potential key accounts.
- Conduct product training/demo for potential key accounts.
- Provide after-sales support services.
- Maintain new or existing key accounts database in the CRM System.
- Follow up with key accounts’ feedback and test product(s) to strategize and plan for company’s product development roadmap.
- Work closely with marketing team to maintain company advertisement in B2B including B2B website, forum, etc.
- Identify the opportunities by studying new markets for upcoming products or services.
- Monitor and report any potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
- Research, analyze and discover new IT area that helps Company’s growth.
- Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
Requirement:
- Tenacious work attitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and customer relationship skills
- Have good insights in IT Security industry and capable to deal with senior customers.
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze marketing/sales data.
- Must know how to plan for sales and achieving target.
- Must have experience in key account management.
- Must have experience in handling large tender.
- Must be highly motivated, possess positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate others.
- The leader must be passionate in sales and product in general.
- Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
- Willing to travel or relocate.
Education:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s):
Indonesian language, English.
- Min 8 years of working experiences in IT security solution sales, or any related field with proven track record of successful sales achievements.
