Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Operations Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of all facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues promptly.
2. Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Establish and maintain robust data collection and reporting systems to track maintenance performance metrics.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports, including budget and resource utilization, for management review.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Budget Control and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the maintenance operations budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of maintenance resources, including personnel, equipment, and spare parts.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Assess and mitigate maintenance-related risks, implementing appropriate measures to prevent accidents and minimize downtime.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining maintenance workflows and reducing operational costs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and encourage the maintenance team to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance operations management
- Preferred experience in performing work and directing operations in Light Vehicle or similar service industry
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations best practices
- Knowledge mining, oil and gas industry
- Experienced in budget planning, cost control, and resource optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance professionals
Placement:
Balikpapan, East Kalimantan (Domicile of Balikpapan’s Region is preferred).
