Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide good service to customers offline (come directly) and online (Phone, Email, Whatsapp).
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and to customer satisfaction.
- Make travel plans, design itineraries for customers.
- Arrange Hotel Booking, Airplane Booking, other transportation booking according to the itinerary in a very effective and systematic way.
- Communicate with various vendors.
- Answering Calls for both In-bound and Out-bound tours.
- Follow up with clients via phone/email about their inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to get feedback on their tour experience and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education at least D4 / S1.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Tourism graduate is an added advantage.
- Understand about Hotel, Document, Travel & Tourism.
- Strong personality, polite, attractive, professional and service-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Having design skills is a plus.
