- *Plan and organize all process activities in the maintenance Department, including Boiler, Intake and Water Treatment.
- *Improve TPM (total preventive maintenance)
- *Manage research, feasibility studies, and cost breakdown related with Mintenance departement.
- *Direct the daily activities of the Maintenance staff
- *Continually examine all new materials, processes, procedures, and technology in the engineering field.
- *Budget and effectively control expenses of maintenance Department.
- Requirements
- *Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- *Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Maintenance Manager from textile, chemical or beverage industry.
- *Good communication skills in English, both oral and written, Mandarin is priority.
- *Analytical and mathematical skills
- *Able to evaluate and solve various complex problems
- *Leadership skills required to manage and develop a team
- *Good problem solving skills and able to train and mentor others.
- *Understand the ISO 9001 system and understand the aspects of hazards/risks and their control (HIRADC)
- *Good leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team, adaptive, detail-oriented
- *Good communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
