- CORPORATE LEGAL OFFICER
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, majoring in business and corporate law
- Min. 3 years of experience in corporate legal practice, preferably from financial institutions and/or law firm
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate and address legal and business challenges
- Proven experience in managing corporate transactions, litigation, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on long-term planning and risk management
- Having advocate license or pass an exam
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with a focus on strategic implications
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues to senior management
- Analyze legal risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks while aligning with business goals
- Manage corporate legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure legal alignment with company strategy
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, providing insights for strategic planning
- Handle disputes and oversee litigation processes with a focus on long-term impact and outcomes
- Develop and maintain corporate policies that support the company’s strategic vision and regulatory compliance
- Act as a key advisor on major business decisions, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into the company’s strategic plans
