- Company values and policy, government legislation and another legal aspects, and HR processing (HR planning, employees relation, career planning (promotion and appraisal), HRIS, recruitment, performance review, training needs & execution and personnel administration etc)
Job Requirement:
- S1 in Management/ Human Resources/ Psychology (In a related field)
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Having sound knowledge of HRIS
- English proficiency both writing and speaking is MUST
- Sound high Analytical Thinking, Achievement Orientation, and good Communication skills
- Well conversant in operating computer (Ms. Office), especially Power Point and Advance Excel
