- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing a business strategy focused on financial gain and brand awareness.
- Generating ideas, preparing creative marketing pitches, executing marketing plans, also monitoring and reviewing performances of marketings.
- Plan & assist content for all platforms such as social media, website, marketplace, and offline store according to marketing plans.
- Assist in stock planning, sales report, and marketing report.
- Understanding the brand vision, identity, and all of the products.
- Conduct research to identify markets and customer needs.
- Preparing proposal, negotiate, close deals, and maintain a good relationship with KOLs and brands.
- Assisting CEO & CMO
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Full time position.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Fresh graduates (S1/D3) are welcome.
- Based in West Surabaya, but able to travel.
- Good communication skill, proactive, creative, fast learner, able to multitask, excellent time management skill, good networking skill, and a team player.
- Familiar with online shopping and Indonesia fashion retail industry.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Able to use Ms Office, Canva, Shopee, and TikTok.
- Experience in taking & editing photos or videos will be a plus.
- Combining WFO & WFH, office is located at West Surabaya.
