Job Description
- As a Engineer On Site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our client’s infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and supporting VMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter Server, Dell Vxraill, Dell Switch.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
- Monitor and manage the performance of VMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter Server, Dell Vxraill, Dell Switch.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Problem Resolution:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to MVMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter Server, Dell Vxraill, Dell Switch.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
Service Desk Support:
- Respond to end-user inquiries and support requests related to VMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter Server, Dell Vxraill, Dell Switch.
Project Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation of new infrastructure components or upgrades.
- Configure and test new systems to ensure compatibility and performance.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure components and processes.
- Create knowledge base articles and procedures for reference.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical expertise in VMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter Server, Dell Vxraill, Dell Switch.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
