Job description:
- Find excellent candidates according to customer needs, screen potential candidates’ resumes, contact candidates, arrange interviews, provide job opportunities, and negotiate with candidates
- Actively seek outstanding candidates who meet customer needs through various channels (such as social media, recruitment platforms, etc.).
- Maintain good communication with candidates, understand their Career Development needs and expectations, and provide professional advice and support
- Distribute the client’s job requirements to the freelancers under the company platform, motivate freelancers continually recommend suitable CV via valid operation methods.
- Complete the fulfillment target according to the requirements of the team
- Have experience managing or leading a team to achieve KPI target would be a bonus
- Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources or recruitment or headhunting
- Familiar with various recruitment channels and tools
- Excellent communication skills, able to establish good relationships with candidates and understand their needs.
- Have a strong interest in using AI and Data Analysis tools and are willing to try new ways of working.
- Possess teamwork spirit and be able to complete work tasks independently
