- Develop and implement a roadmap for routine office facility monitoring to optimize facility usage.
- Ensure the workplace environment is healthy, safe, neat, tidy, and clean at all times.
- Support the organization in implementing initiatives to achieve zero accidents and promote an eco-friendly working environment.
- Oversee subordinates in organizing and scheduling small, complex meetings, conferences, and departmental activities.
- Align organization-wide Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) goals with the EIR department to achieve company goals and initiatives related to General Affairs workplace and resources
- Handling petty cash for GA operations needs and coordinate with the finance team
- Building relationships with external stakeholders.
- Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Min 4 years experience in general affairs, office management, or facilities management.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
