- To oversee all aspects of Human Capital and General Services practices and processes.
- Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human capital management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
- To develop and implement HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- To develop and monitor everall HC strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
General Services:
building control, facility control, operational car, driver, cleaning service, security, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Management; Law or equivalent.
- Proven of at least 5 years of working experiences as HCGS Manager in mining industry.
- HC Executive People oriented and results driven.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR Best Practice.
- Able to build strategy along with leadership skills.
