Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our educational team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field of study, preferably in education (certified teacher).
- Knowledge of International Curricula will be most preferred.
- Able to commit to a minimum of a one-year contract.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
- Creative approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in classroom management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the varying needs and proficiency levels of students.
- Developing teaching and learning program.
- Supervise, instruct and assist student’s process of learning, provide thorough feedback to students on their assignments, prepare and implement assessment items.
- Determine curriculum changes in general and for individual students.
- Prepare evidence of student outcomes through displays, portfolios, performances, and publications (newsletter, booklets, magazines)
- Support, motivate and encourage students in all aspects of school activities.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for students and all administration in an efficient, orderly and up-to-date manner.
- Maintain professional and open lines of communication with parents.
