Qualification:
- Min. Associates Degree/Bachelor degree Finance, Accounting or related
- Must be advanced in using Excel, Ms Office and SAP
- Minimal 5 years as Staff/Senior Staff Accounting/Tax or related
- Deep understanding Tax Report and Regulation (PPh 22, 23/26, 4(2), 25))
- English is a must (Business level)
Job Description:
- Check and input in SAP for all invoice from related Departement
- Check price and quantity in PO, invoice
- Update credit note for Invoice on Expenses & Services
- Listing of Vendor and Run Payment
- Post Payment in Bank (National & International)
- Interco reconciliation for AP
- Prepare all Tax Report (PPh 22, 23/26, 4(2), 25)
- Tax compliance ad refund data (equalization of all taxes)
- Serial Number Sales Tax
- Send Certificate of withholding Tax to Vendor
