- Managing the entire sales process from Lead Client to Project Closing.
- Developing Key Accounts, increasing sales, and expanding the scope of the Account business area.
- Acquiring and developing new Accounts and interacting with new or existing Key Accounts.
- Conducting analysis related to project appropriateness from financial, operational, strategic, and compliance aspects, mature enough to identify the risks/opportunities of the main strategic programs for customers.
- Performing a professional approach to listen to customer complaints or internal stakeholders, identifying problem points, and achieving resolutions that meet customer needs and generate revenue growth.
- Building Customer Relationship Management and improving it into a Long-term Strategic Partnership.
- Maintaining after-sales service to maximize customer loyalty.
- Responsible for fostering executive-level customer relationships.
- Entering initial sales contract data in the system (CRM) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Updating product knowledge and company services.
- Negotiating and clarifying bid documents.
- Ensuring the availability of sales reports and periodic recapitulation.
Requirements:
- Max. 36 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Min. 5 years experience as account management and sales in handling B2B sales in the service or security services industry.
- Proficient operating Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems to manage accounts.
- Well-groomed with self-confidence.
- Possess analytical skills, adaptability, strategic and creative thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a diplomatic mindset.
- Excellent sales management skills (including approaches and persuasive strategies) and strong filing management skills.
- Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
