Job Description
- Ensuring QC team maintain standards IAW-(ln Accordance With) the Approved Method Statements, Technical Orders/Manuals and ISO Standards.
- Development and review of the project Quality Program documentation manuals, work processes and reporting of quality records to project management of quality documents.
- Mentoring preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project/ Activity commencement.
- Providing guidance and advice to the Project Manager on significant changes to the quality management system that have a direct impact on site operations.
- Facilitating Root Cause analysis process for site level NCRs and ensure corrective action and preventive action are acceptable and approves NCR prior to input in QMS.
- Tracking, monitoring and controlling site inputs into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS.
- Processing, evaluating and submitting on time, completed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Request (CAR), Inspections and audit reports to Project Manager
- Preparing reports and generating metrics as necessary to understand and communicate site compliance of QMS.
- Providing supervision, direction and training to all QC team under his/her supervision.
- Reviewing and assisting in the development of QCP and ITP as needed to ensure QC processes and requirements are well defined and clearly articulated to subordinate QC
- Preparing and issuing audit reports noting system no-conformances and verifying effective corrective/preventative actions.
- Lead the annual auditing for internal and external for ISO, OSHA , Bizsafe and etc.
- Familiar with local and international standards.
- Ensure that company policies adhere to local, state and federal regulations.
- Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations
- Monitor personnel and workspace
- Always ensure the company is prepared to submit the appropriate document
- Encourage and advocate for safer work equipment, materials and supplies
- Track the number of incidents and produce reports
- Monitor exposure to certain hazardous chemicals
- Report to Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and other relevant organizations
- Attend seminars/workshops for further education
- Work with legislators and politicians to support key local legislation
