Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute marketing activities at the branch, such as exhibitions, product demos, cooking classes, in-store promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage internal company branding and collaborate with external partners for joint branding efforts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to execute marketing activities at stores and other sales-supporting events.
- Supervise the team during exhibitions and other marketing activities at the branch.
- Ensure booth and display standards are consistently maintained.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for the creation of marketing collateral at the branch.
- Oversee the training process for sales consultants at the branch.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities with institutions or other external parties.
- Ensure the showroom is always well-maintained and up to date.
- Collaborate with media for company branding activities.
- Study and familiarize yourself with new products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Knowledge of market research and branding strategies.
- Familiarity with media relations and event management is a plus.
