Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.
- Organize and maintain the storage area for easy access and inventory control.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the timely issuance of goods to departments as per requisition.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate order requests for re-supply.
- Assist in the organization of storage facilities to promote efficient inventory management.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
