Job Description
Performa Optima Group is a holding company of several subsidiaries engaged in the procurement of IT and non-IT goods for the government and private sector. We are looking for Sales Specialist, each for Furniture, Medical Equipment and Hardware products. Some of the responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:
- Create an efficient schedule for visits to customers, dealers, and partners.
- Make sales target planning for customer mapping in the government sector.
- Create a sales pipeline according to the list obtained from the supervisor or level above.
- Search for or create new opportunities that refer to the planning pipeline list that has been created.
- Create sales strategies based on business situations and conditions.
- Make daily sales reports and submit them to supervisors or higher levels.
- Qualification
- Two or more sales experience in the Furniture/Hardware/Medical Equipment industry.
- Government procurement experience (B2G) is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and targets.
- Emphasize honesty and integrity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Placement in Surabaya, East Java.
