About The Company:
- The working venue is in West Jakarta.
- Our client is a Japanese Property company. Currently, they are looking for Property Management (Leasing).
Job Responsibilities:
- Look after and manage all assets or projects under the group company name.
- Analyze property performance and create marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
- Attract new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
- Maintaining relationships with existing tenants.
- Closely liaising with the respective Sales/Marketing teams for each project of the group company.
- Assist tenants with maintenance requests and oversee the process of preparing properties for new tenants.
- Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
- Preparing reports on the occupancy and financial performance of properties.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Business-level English.
- Experience as a Marketing/Leasing Staff or Supervisor in Mall Management.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Asset Management or Marketing Property in Property Management fields or career as a Property Manager, Tenant Relations, Sales/Marketing, Leasing taking care of property management.
- Experience in marketing research, including clarifying customer needs, interacting with tenants, verification (analytical skills), and developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Has excellent communication skills and is used to working in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Word).
- Willing to do business trips (1-2x/month).
- Previous working experience in Japanese company will be a plus.
