- Handle customer complaints by clarifying, selecting, and explaining teh best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
- Provide Customers about product & service information
- Escalate priority issues
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Required language(s):
Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
Required Skill(s):
Understand P2P Industry knowledge; Patience, carefulness and having service consciousness ability; Good communication skills; Able to operate computer and Ms.Office.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
