- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably with a major in Industrial Engineering)
- 2 years of experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry is preferred
- Knowledge of the manufacturing assembly process
- Familiarity with production systems
- Understanding of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Strong skills in statistics, analysis, and problem-solving
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with effective communication abilities
- Fast learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
Job Description:
- Audit the manufacturing process at the General Assembly Shop
- Monitor the HPV (hours per vehicle) results
- Perform key performance audits on the production line to ensure production process targets are optimally achieved with high quality
- Monitor equipment parameter settings based on ME (Manufacturing Engineering) requirements to improve production quality, processes, and rate
- Analyze equipment and tool issues to generate more effective and efficient production conditions
- Support preparations related to new equipment for new models, from the project stage to mass production
