- Develop talent acqusition strategy for various white collar positions from sourcing, approaching, pooling, & onboarding activities for new joiners.
- Responsible for developing & monitoring manpower planning & fulfillment.
- Identify training need analysis & developing development program for corporate and ensure development programs are aligned with strategy objectives, job competency & government regulations.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating development programs related to development costs and impacts for organization.
- Responsible for regular review related to job description & job competency.
- Manage performance management system cycle (goal setting, mid year review & final result).
- Responsible for talent identification, talent development program & succession planning.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in talent mangement specialist / recruitment & development or related HR function .
- Minimum bachelor degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or related field .
- Have experience in developing talent acqusition strategy, training, performance management & talent management.
- Strong knowledge of succession planning, competency management & talent development programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
